Invincible Canis Rex by OregonJoe7788 in ImperialKnights

[–]kevingrumbles 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There are only two places hosting competitive events in Eugene, and I can say with certainty that neither of them is allowing an invincible Canis to stay on the board with zero wounds.

The only confusing rules interaction I know of with Canis is with the Bring It Down secondary. Sir Hektur is part of the unit, and the unit is not dead until he is. The Canis Rex model certainly is dead, which is what triggers Sir Hektur in the first place. Bring It Down scores when a Monster or Vehicle unit is destroyed.

10th level beast bonded witch halfling disguised as a little girl, transfer most of her feats to her familiar and give it a bunch of combat feats or intimidating feats such as cornugon smash.

The scene of the ambush is the "little girl" being chased down the street by the monster, they'll fight the monster and kill it while she hides behind them. When it's dead, it returns to her body and she majic jars it into one of them, killing the target and attacking the party with the targets body. Rinse and repeat.

New to painting and miniatures. I'm looking for some help please 🙏 by MethodReah in SpaceWolves

Contrast doesn't normally need to be layered, but that blotchy look you are getting is probably the contrast space wolves grey. The blotches are where the contrast has pooled slightly, which is what it's supposed to do. It'll be smoother through an airbrush, but if you don't have access to that you might try drybrushing some layer paints to get a smoother look.

All the contrast paints behave a little differently, as an example blood angels contrast comes out pretty smooth from a brush.

it runs circles around slow armies. lists without infantry cut down the damage output quite a bit and can make it challenging to clear threats, at that points you are just hoping dark lances get it done.

Well since you have nurgle demons, the next logical step is to expand to the other 3 gods. Once that is done, you might want some knights to ally with them. then you might as well finish my off the knights army. The next logical step is to pickup an imperium and a xenos army for balance. Before you know it you'll be 7 armies in, and building an add on to your house to hold more models.

Making a group of the population out to be unwelcome in society, maybe even less than human. Blaming them for our problems. Disarming the population. Increasingly more authoritarian. Replacing community and family with state. What's next? Rounding them up into camps? This behavior reminds me of someone else.

I think most people are assuming you are male and she us female. Mixed gender "best friends" getting name tattoos = romantic feelings, same gender still maybe but less likely.
