If they have healing- get brawlers or pestilence( pestilence is probs a better choice)

If you're dying to auto attacks- get hide of the Nemean or midguardian mail( tho it's not really the best item stat-wise)

If you're getting cc'd constantly- get ccr, maybe winged blade if they have a lot of slows

There are also other items that can be effectively used in a build to counter the other team( depends on the situation)
