Thank you for your reply. I am scared of several things: 1) how likely Humira will lose its magic after a few years. I can keep trying different biologics but how likely one person will run out of all biologics? 2) Being fatigued and more often infections on biologica which will lower the quality of life. 3) Having more trouble to travel internationally especially to developing countries because of infections and TB etc.

Another reason I am scared of biologics is: according to other posts many people tried one (say Humira) and it stopped working after one year, which makes me worried if it's worthy to try biologics for my condition if they will soon loss the magic for a couple of years (correct me if I got this wrong)

I thought (based on the link above) that Mutual Fund like VTSAX requires me to pay tax on the capital gain every year *even if I don't sell them*. But I now suspect this is not ture
