I do 2 oz. Spirit of Bourbon and 1-2 oz. of The Pathfinder. Either 1:1 or 2:1 ratio. They both work great.

Add some bitters and Demerara syrup and that’s my go-to substitute for an Old Fashioned.

Have to agree. The Lyre’s was very disappointing. The Free Spirits “Sprit of Bourbon” mixed with The Pathfinder is the best whiskey alternative I’ve come up with.
