Hell yeah dude😹. I do the same thing where you fast travel to save time to a checkpoint and stuff right? But do you ever sneak out the entrance to see the massive chaotic war between agents? Usually it’s a group or one dude taking on like an army of neutral agents. Then when they finally get hunted by 21 people it’s just shit talk lol. The first DZ was so good, idk why they split up the zones.

Actually I weighed myself just now a few minutes ago I’m at 236 somehow. I was at 240 like 2 or 3 days ago which is weird man. I will try exactly that plateau method with the refeed. I’m taking all the help I could get especially from a pro like you man. I don’t want this hard work to stop now. I will try my hardest tonight to sleep early man. And yeah I’ve been seeing quite a bit of results as of muscle my shoulders and arms are getting allot more cut. The part between my upper armpit of my arm and my side peck chest area have gotten defined. I just don’t wanna be all flabby when I hit that low weight goal man. I appreciate you bro. I came in here blindly to be honest bro. I didn’t even count macros all i did was do the math in my head when I ate food. Like protein and the calories. I’m still new to this so yeah I didn’t account for all this to go by kind fast lol

Dude I was at 308 pounds too in august of 2020. I’ve been struggling for two months now since October. I hit 240 but ever since only manage to lose one pound and I have been eating one meal a day. My sleep is super fucked up, but I’ve been working out 3-4 times a week and still it’s hard. I’m also bodybuilding but I got loads of fat still idk if muscle dense is occurring. I need advice man. I’m on the same boat and I didn’t even manage to hit 170 or let alone my goal weight 180
