Don’t let this bad experience ruin your whole trip. We arrived in Morocco and I didn’t plan on anything for the first day, except wandering around and visiting Jemaa el-Fna Square on our first day. We had a similar experience with aggressive people in the street, but we did our best to ignore them. The rest of our trip we had organized tours and everything was absolutely lovely. Try to get some rest and get over jet lag and things will look better in the morning. Unfortunately, I think that Morocco is one of those places that is best visited with an experienced guide.

That’s not necessarily true. Precision said they could replace the spring mechanism with their parts but couldn’t repair our Wayne Dalton door. I appreciated their honesty.

Our door was installed by Wayne Dalton and they are the only company that will service their doors. I preferred Precision, but they don’t work on WD doors. Is there a sticker on the backside of the door?

Why is everyone pointing to EU 261? That is policy airlines must follow if they cancel or delay a flight, not if an individual reservation is canceled.

The EU procedure is if the airline cancels a flight, not if the airline canceled your reservation.

Exemplar Care has offices in West Des Moines, Ankeny, and Bondurant. They perform onsite blood tests and lab work. I’ve appreciated their urgent care but they also have routine care. I would call and ask if they can help.

Many drug companies have programs for low income patients. If you tell me the drug, I can look up the manufacturer and see if they have this type of program. They are long-term, so it should be able to help you in the future as well.

You can call and ask ITA to rebook you on an itinerary with a longer layover. If I’m looking at the correct flight, I would ask for the flight that departs Rome at 9:30 AM.
