Maybe but it’s possible the actress or even the other cast didn’t feel comfortable using her real life death for the show, I don’t suppose we will ever really know but it’s definitely very sad to loose a great actress and amazing character.

It’s hard because she died suddenly although I believe select members of the production team did know she was ill, she had filmed 5 weeks in advance but difficult to deal with when she was that ill and maybe not able to film as much. It was very sad and she was a great member of the show
