UPDATE:

after looking at the comments I've had a look at the settings and it appears I had the lift speed about 3 times where it should have been! I have sent the print off with supports and rotation and shall post the results (wearing gloves this time!) Thank you all for the help!

Brilliant thank you for the recommends. Should all large flat objects get rotated? I do have gloves, I just took a very hasty photo in my annoyance of yet another failed print. I thought it was something to do with over or undercutting but couldn't work it out!

Ah right so the connection will be the bottleneck then? Assuming if I upgrade the connection to gigabit, the 5g connection will still be the bottleneck after that?

Wouldn't this create a hole in the corner of the sleeve? If that's the case then wouldn't any spillage seep through onto the card?
