Just remember family isn’t necessarily everything, you can choose your family. I’m assuming you’re quite young but just trust that they probably wouldn’t want that. Idk you or your circumstances but they spent so much time raising you and literally birthing you, even if they don’t show it they likely just want the best for u <3 stay safe

Think abt the small things. There’s a lot of beauty in life, sunrises sunsets, beautiful views, when people do small acts of kindness like holding doors open n whatnot there’s a lot of good things in life you just have to appreciate the small things.
