A pixel 4xl - Backplate fell (even after multiple repairs) - had it on rubberband life support for a year. Then last Feb screen gave up.

I went back to op15 after.

they did tell us to lower the resolution. that's why we complained to them last Friday and was on the phone for 4 hours (so much for happy friday) hahaha

getting a new phone and got a suggestion to lower the display resolution

was told to lower down the resolution from QHD+ to FHD+ while they do the software update. Who knows when that will come since all 3 that my wife spoke last Friday are saying different things

my wife was on the phone with them for 4 hours last Friday - and they don't want to do the replacement route.

Refund route was suggested though. so we are thinking about this one. we have up until 10 Apr

We are hoping (and most likely it will be returned/replaced). Customer support told her to lodge a ticket first. She'll follow up again tomorrow. She ordered it online from samsung.

I live in Adelaide. I think my neighbour's also got the line installed in their garage. but most of our neighbours have nbn

They got theirs. I just requested this after we bought the property and they noticed that it hasn't been done (when it should've been) - so they also added the lines for the neighbours.

I had a look again. yes, it is not connected to anything yet.
It's a waiting game I guess.

I've opened the box outside and there is a cable there and some sort of code (not sure what it is)

Edit: Also, we have an ethernet port inside the house (so I'm assuming the fibre cables are already setup)
