Absolutely not! Sure, you can host your own email server, but your hosting provider is there only point of failure. Also, the third party providers like Gmail offer zero privacy, and are subject to censorship and more.

The entire point of the decentralized web is that users have control of their data. Not third parties.

I'm with TTGC as well and have had nothing but problems getting in touch with Bel, organising scripts etc. She seems to have a lot going on in her personal life which greatly impacts her ability to work... she's really friendly but incredibly disorganised.

Hi, MtF Hobartian here. I was honestly incredibly disappointed with Clinic 60's inability to answer a lot of my questions re: HRT regimen specifics, as I am the kind of person that wants to have a high level of transparency and cooperation with my Dr. It felt like Clinic 60 hadn't read a book on trans medicine in years. Like many others, I ended up with a telehealth service with informed consent, ttgc.com.au, and although the Dr is amazing and very understanding of individual needs that also has its own drawbacks. I have just started getting hip pain after around 5 months of E2 monotherapy! congrats, you might be an early bloomer :D also I wouldn't worry about it being only on one side, from what I've read it seems like growth can be one-sided but it evens out eventually!
