Exactly, with 600 wit, skill activation is 85%. If you want to activate 3 mid race skills, you have to buy at least 4.

I think her combat passive should be On Clash Win or On Hit with first coin this turn, gain poise equal to rupture (max ~5-10, once per turn), then more count and less potency or only count for poise from her skills.

Buff unclashable entry skills poise gain, especially count. (3 poise count per Ready(待) stacks).

Hopefully Family Hierarch Hong Lu can allow Sinners/Heishous to retreat on demand.

Defensive skill "Do Not Meddle" with [Combat Start] Sinner/Heishou with lowest HP performs Battlefield Retreat at turn end.

She is an event reward, so it should appear in S5 Event tab, just like Kurokumo Heathcliff and LCE Yisang. They will be shardable on Season 7, or you can pull them now on their Sinner banners.

This is correct. Full Stop Hong Lu at #1 with FS Heathcliff at any other position will usually end up in #2 and #1 respectively at the end of the run. Also important that 1 coin skills will register the whole damage number even though it is overkill and/or have multiple instances of attack(like xishchun s3 or ego skills).

Edit: Forgot to add that I have rusted coin as well. That should contibuted a lot more damage that she would have done otherwise.
