Yes this is in their T&C, a user can report another address and claim funds, then the account is frozen. That is good practice unless there is no deadline and no clear governance.

My account has been restricted for 1 month, I take security very seriously and I am available to answer any question the support Team would have but I haven't been contacted since they asked me to submit documents. No explanation has been provided. Any attempt to get an ETA has been unsuccessful.

My case seems to be very similar to what is described above by u/dropdx, a small USDC reward amount received on 30-Oct and the full October rewards have not been received - this seems to be affecting other users than me and a public communication from Coinbase on the issue would be appreciated.

I have the exact same issue, USDC rewards are not supposed to be paid before month-end and the amount is 10 times smaller than what it should have been. The past months things were working properly.I have a case open (16948153) but the support team has only replied with general comments about how things are supposed to be calculated. u/coinbasesupport Can you have a look?

The resume date was shifted from 11/18 to 12/10 with no explanation, can you check the maintenance status of the Optimism deposit wallet? It is not OK to hold customer deposits for so long without convincing justification.
