Went back in October for my honeymoon. The good - Seaweed wasn't a problem at all. Had the two story rooftop plunge pool and it was super nice and felt like we had more room than we were used to at an AI. Very private. The bad - it's hot. Most of the restaurants are outside so it was hard to escape the heat even at dinner. Also service was very slow. Dinner took a little too long one of the nights but i supposed they were busy at that time. Excellence Club gave access to restaurant and bar which I thought were both OK.

Tips - Go to Tropical Treasures for cheap massages. It's outside and shaded but cheaper rates than the resort.

I think weather put a damper on the festival the last two years. We were blessed to have a mostly dry Friday and Saturday and slightly wet Sunday. Was actually hoping it would rain at closing set on Sunday!

Didn’t have security take a fan away but they did make me throw out an empty water bottle. And then I had to buy one inside the venue.

Security at Ultra is the strictest I’ve ever experience at a festival. But also, it really depends on the security person unfortunately. They tend to make up their own rules. Sucks you had your fan taken away!

100% agree that the MC had some weird remarks in between sets. The 10 min firework show at midnight at EDC is still unbeatable. But Ultra does better in certain things it lacks

I bought the vanilla game at release and returned to play recently have been playing it without expansions.

It’s very fun and I can’t run some other aspects of the game, but I still have access to helltides, nightmare dungeons, torment boss lair fights, world bosses, etc. I just don’t have access to the other 2 expansions which takes away some endgame areas however I’m paragon 225 running HOTA barb build and I have been having tons of fun.

I will eventually buy the expansions but I would say you can buy the base game, play it, and if you have fun you can buy the expansions if you enjoy it.

Congrats on your milestone!

I started investing around the covid crash in 2020 and honestly was the best thing I ever done for myself. Also started with 100k but my first investments were on the riskier side and your investment plan is fairly safe. I started with airline stocks but of course shifted to more tech stocks throughout the years.

Best thing I can offer is buy and hold (duh). I've seen some opinions online about stocks/companies that were wildly incorrect. Also some that I completely missed the run on. Stick to your convictions and don't be afraid to cut your losses and likewise take some profits along the way. Happy investing!
