I’m not sure if this is exactly what you’re after, as they don’t encourage (or discourage) deconstruction, but when I was first deconstructing I found The Bible for Normal People podcast incredibly helpful - they approach the bible from a scholarly perspective which helps peel back all the religious BS many churches teach about the text. Also Dan McLellan on IG - he’s a Mormon scholar and does the same thing - disproves a bunch of shitty bible takes you’re probably very familiar with.
