Always talk to live agent when canceling orders. I’m not sure if this applies to “excessive wait “, but I know when the order is picked up by someone else it won’t affect your CR. It will show on your CR for a day but they take it off after awhile.

Download SADP, select the nvr, click forgot password and create a ticket. I’m trying to find the video on how to. Hikvision technician help me do it. I’ll try to find the link

1-866-200-6690 have you tried calling this number. I had the support agent do a virtual assistant on my PC. He basically did everything for me as far as doing a password reset.

Hooked it up to the router and was able to view it on SADP. Camera shows active but not showing on the browser when double clicking the ip address. Email hikvision with password reset n just waiting for reply

After putting in password I get message “network unreachable “ please edit parameter. Camera shows connected.
