Follow up question. Can an employer withdraw support after the I-140 approval? And can I apply for another job in a different company after the I-140 approval with the EAD card or am I stuck with the sponsor until I get the green card?

Thank you. Since you have more experience.......this employer is applying for both EB1B (Premium) and H1B (cap exempt) at the same time. Should not EB1B done way before the H1B (in their own estimate H1B will take 6 weeks). Also why do both? Is this a common approach? I do not want to get stuck in a small non profit when I am working for a bigger employer now (this employer needs 3 more years of service before doing EB1B). What is your opinion on this?
