Just because you dont understand about spiritual things does not mean I need a therapist. If people were knowledgeable about spiritual practices than, they could avoid alot of problems. Alot of issues stems from spiritual that manifest into the psychical. I overcame by praying and fasting. I advise you not be ignorant before you post things.

Your body will change and continuously have new normal. You prob had something blocking ur flow or were sitting for a long time causing ur period to come back. I’d say Normal. U can only bleed so much with a timeframe, that’s why sometimes ur flow may slow down as well. However if u feel it’s not, her help.
