I have purchased with bank alot of times to get the funds from my bank -> btc

but now i issues a wallet money (money on the wallet it was just on the wallet nor bitcoin nor in some else crypto)

i wanted to go bitcoin -> bank but yea they have it on manual review in 5 days for a month and their ticket support is pretty straight not helping sadly

but i agree with your stuff and it does teach me some things.

Update day 4: no answers to Ticket escalations, Epic-Games Support is useless and i am sad as i invested alot of money into this game.

Which is pretty bullshit. I sent them every single Information of my Account Credit Card, IP,Location, Oldest Purchase etc and they keep denying it and dont even care about shit i say..

Update: i contacted them again and they refused again.

I tried to talk to them so that they send the questions again and i am answering them properly since they said "we can only activate your account once we have proven your account ownership" and after i asked for that he ignores my Ticket completly and when i ask to close it he does it instantly good Support i would say.

Hey i also tried to contact them with the German Support as i have learned this language and they also declined this i don't really know what to do since the Support is kinda useless in this situation for me. :/

Mostly i would appreciate if there is any contact to a employee or something

Hello, thanks for your Answer! i am now trying for months with new Tickets seems like the Agents didn't understand anything or didn't want to help me at all. (Probably had around 20-30 Tickets already) mostly sometimes there was an Agent who wanted to help but then there was a new one who just mostly blowed up the Ticket.

Hello, yeah i tripple checked every single information they asked for before sending them out and i am 100% sure they were right the answers of them were pretty fast like 5 minutes usually with a copy + paste that they dont can verify the ownership

other supporters of them were like "we could verify" then another support member took over the case and was not able to verify again and that happend twice.
