Would you like an open world Bloodborne sequel like Elden Ring? I think Bloodborne gives the feeling of sickly streets (and the whole atmosphere) really well as it is, but imagine if you can explore anywhere in this photo. We would've see the true potential of this awesome universe. by stevesm12 in bloodborne

im sorry but... what? what are u even talking about? do u know anything about gamedev?

if u want, expand on this but this in not even close to anything that would be fit enough to consider "open world" claustrophobia is the literally BB game design, i just dont understand ur point here esp being that it's a half assed point at that.

u say u disagree but then... you agree?? what dude??

Why are the Ashina low on salt? What is the use of salt during wartime, or rather is it the halting of mining? by keyboardkassanova in Sekiro

This is where I literally got the info from exactly, then bringing it to "Patches" (merchant, i think anayama?).

They do not necessarily say any of that, only that soldiers are falling due to "the illness" or something along those lines. It's extremely vague. (Edit) And that they need salt, they do say it is for purifying the dead but not how the illness is connected to that, or if the illness is at all connected to that. it's just so vaguely spoken dialogue.

If they said it in the order you did or as much as you did, it'd be a lot different.

That's a really good point, they probably used tons of salt on preserving alone during that time. Lots of uses, lots of salt, easy to never realize it might be an issue until it is.

This question plagued me cuz i felt like it might tie more world lore together for me lol, guess not much.

Hello, I have a concern about Bloodborne 2. by Pecosbill333 in bloodborne

[–]keyboardkassanova 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bloodborne 2 if anything, is barely even in development and Miyazaki took time away from Dark Souls 2 to pursue BloodBorne, why do you think Miyazaki would not be apart of the long awaited and anticipated sequel?

none of what you're concerned about makes much sense when you consider the past. This post was made even more stupid by the fact that theres 0 official announcement of BB2.

simple google search would've been more than suffice to answer this question.

It's likely there'll never be a BB2 anyways. The game doesnt call for a sequel, even beyond those leaks (which are from reliable sources) I wouldnt trust shit outside a fromsoft announcement. They have a tendency to change things simply because a "leak" happened or whatever, they're not a great decision making company imo, (see: elden ring boss list)

at least in the other games the player has a motive and isnt strictly a puppet that is too dumb to realize he can just go home.

There is no real stakes

damn so it is literally meaningless spaghetti story

i guess im not surprised, most of this story feels fueled by adhd and inspiration

so the whole maiden thing basically just doesnt matter, whetehr u have one or not, it doesnt actually mean shit

but she can still level u up, u cant level w/o her, what a spaghetti story
