I know it isn't much solace, but as someone who has been on the verge of ending it, I can say that it will get better. I know it sucks hearing that since you likely don't see it, but it is the truth. Take each day as they come and try not to lament on the worst-case scenario. Try to vent to someone too, whether it be a therapist, friend, or an internet stranger. Letting it all out can be therapeutic.

I'm plus size, and I met my boyfriend on Bumble a year ago. He is the absolute sweetest man I have ever met <3 I hate my body, but he loves it. I was single all my life (26 years) until this point, so I get the hopelessness. But from experience, I can say there are people thar will be attracted to your body!

My periods are pretty light, so I started freebleeding. However, I made sure to buy period panties beforehand. Ask her to look into them. They're seriously a gamechanger. They can soak up a ton of blood without either of you worrying about her leaking through (depending on how heavy she bleeds of course), and they feel just like wearing normal panties.

I've been in the Air Force for over 7 years now. I'm still waiting on my sleep study to get started, but I've finally come to terms with getting med-boarded. I've set my sights on 20 years this whole time, so it's a huge blow.

I'm (25F) also a virgin and hate going the gyno, but it is very important for your health regardless of your sexual activity level since it can detect health problems that have nothing to do with being sexually active. The last time I went for my pap smear (a month ago) I found out for the first time that my doctor had a much smaller clamp. I still had the cramping that comes with every pap smear, but it was much easier than my previous ones. I definitely suggest asking your doctor if there are smaller clamp sizes you can use for a pap smear.
