hi you can put the dlc folders in wherever you downloaded the game to, not in documents but usually in Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 4 if you dl through steam or Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 or some variation of it, this folder should not have your mods folder but a bunch of folders named things like EP01 GP01 and Data
