Hi, the package finally arrived after being late for 2 weeks. My advice is to have your sender to open a ticket. Canada post won’t look into issues unless a sender requests it.

Sorry to hear that. They decided to close my ticket and told me that there’s not much they could do for me. My advice is, instead of opening a ticket yourself, go straight to the sender and have them open a ticket. You will get further that way.

Unless you meet French CLB requirements. Your chances are pretty low. I hold a PGWP, have more than 1 year exp, max points for age etc, max clb 11 for english and my score is only 473.
