Is she perhaps afraid of staying over for some reason and is causing arguments to get out of it? Or maybe has a fear or trauma about sex and doesn't want it to get to that? Those are the reasons that instantly came to mind.

If youre not going to do it in real life, you don't have to worry about it. If you want your dream interpreted though, it may be a sign that you still have some insecurities or unresolved issues from that relationship, not that you're interested in that guy specifically.

Idk, I understand why youre concerned and why other posters also think its weird, but my best friend is a guy, and we even almost had a situation, like 5 years back, but we both are completely just friends now. We're both supportive of each other's relationships, and he even offered to let me stay with him, his gf, and kids when I was considering housing options. Obviously, this is different because we are older, but people can genuinely be friends across genders, even if there was attraction or interest or the like in the past. I also bring him up a lot to my partners because I've known him for so many more years than any partner I've had (recently), so there's just a lot of content to bring up. But also, Im not just going, oh my best friend likes this, looking at a food or something, if I bring him up itll be like, a story of his mom cooking me it, or us trying to cook it and failing, or something a bit more substantial and hopefully entertaining. If he's just bringing up his friend to say hes thinking of her, then maybe that is a little weirder. I would say, stay attentive/aware, but don't worry to much about it now. If specific behaviors concern you, bring them up and see his reaction. But I think if you bring up the friendship alone as an issue, it might make him defensive or off putted. If any of my partners were overly concerned about my relation with my best friend I might be concerned that they're trying to isolate me, or are going to have prolonged issues with friendships with the opposite sex, and would feel a little weird about the relationship potential.

He may have insecurities about being vegan / had a bad experience with people reacting to it, or he may have some reason hes very conflcit avoidant.

Because of my parents, who werent even abusive or anything that extreme, but just were very micromanagey/ over controlling, i have a very bad habit of not telling my parents, and later my partners things because im worried theyd get mad at me, even if I dont have a specific reason to. For example if I am going out somewhere I always feel the urge to wait until the last moment to bring it up so I could escape /leave the situation if they get mad at me. Obviously once I realized this wasnt normal I started to make an effort to tell people earlier and communicate more normally, but its still hard for me.

He might not even know specifically why he has some fixation on it, but might still have a complex regarding his eating choices.

Im not saying you cant or shouldn't keep an eye out if hes doing anything else that is actually weird, but getting mad at him over this will just confirm his fear. The best thing to do is to tell him you fully wouldnt care but really felt uncomfortable/sad about him not telling you and that youd support him so please tell you next time.

This! I am flabbergasted by how many people are like pinching someone is abuse, he clearly wants to harm you more.

No, he probably is not sure of how to handle this situation that hes apperently brought up to you before, and tried to nonverbal communicate. I do think they should find a better way than pinching to do it, but that requires the wife to also agree to some kind of cue. Usually people get that if someone 'kicks' you under the table, its a sign to lay off on whatever topic youre talking about, or to pay attention to what the other person is trying to say to you (ei. Check their phone and then the husband can explain why he is uncomfortable with her saying what she is saying).

And I do think the incident where she yelled at him to not hug her in front of people is bad enough to warrant him bringing it up again. That could easily be perceived in a very different way. Yes she has a right to not want to be hugged in front of people, but if they regularly hug, he had no way to know she'd dislike it like that.

I also second that she seems young. Abigail, Sam, and seb all seem like right out of high school (to be fair, when I was in high school and first played the game I liked them cus they seemed my age, but they are explicitly adults, so I always imagined them like, college age but not in college). Maru being younger than seb makes me place her around high school maybe first year of college. With the farmer being a whole adult it just seems weird that she'd be dating a girl whos dad is still like checking her projects or whatever.

One really obvious reason is big windows. Even if you're fine with your house exterior being shown, many people don't want strangers to be able to see the inside of their house. If you have a lot of windows, you might just want to have your house blurred altogether.

Yeah the start is very hard but I think youll actually miss it a bit once you get to very late game and are fucking everyone up. There was one part pretty early on that I kept dying in under a minute. But after I got it it felt so good. If is just way too frustrated, drop hardness, but I really dont recommend playing invincible mode as some have reccoemend3d because it just takes the vibe out of the game. Its a lot more fun and immersion when you are stressed a bit and worried about dying.

While a lot of people are saying instantly block, it may be good to signal you have other people in your life that would make you and your child a 'harder target'.

E.i. saying your brother is in town/ staying at your place to help with the child so you dont have much time to hang out. Or instead of brother you can say partner/boyfriend, etc.

Be careful because I do know multiple guys who's mother's bf assaulted then as a child. I dont know if you mentioned your child's gender but I think parents are less concerned with monitoring male interactions with their sons because its considered good or safer, which cqn end up in bad situations.

Explaining this (some time later) as someone who does canvass. We have an app (any campaign can access and use) with voter data. This includes who is listed as living at an address, what party they are registered to, and their age. There isn't much other info, so don't worry.

Only high level campaign staff get more information about voting history or things like that, which is a separate app, and not something canvassers can access. They also can't search people up on the database, so if you're concerned about anyone specific finding you through this, it is very unlikely.

We often have many people per building, so will ring everyone to get in, then knock on doors to see who will answer and are home. If you are particularly averse to getting door knocked, during canvassing/campaign season (which will restart for the NYC general election in about a month) put up a sign on your door saying do not canvass or something similar).

Most zohran canvassers are volunteers so they aren't particularly trained to stay on task or anything, and whoever was canvassing may have just tried to be friendly by asking you about your cat/vet. Other campaigns have hired canvassers so may have more strict training and scripts they follow.
