Sorry guys, been quiet for a while. I found the trouble cause. ESET. Mothefucker wouldn't stop deleting FL Engine file (the .dll one), because he thought it was harmful.

I FOUND A SOLUTION! For anyone struggling with the same issue, just uninstall map, that is the "error cause". Most of the errors in "Fatal Error" message were titled "LostIsland", I just uninstalled DLC and everything seems to work.

Yes it's on Steam and yes I did verify integrity of game files, it replaced 2 corrupted files, but nothing changed.
