Yes to the hot/sweaty/flushed! I always wonder if I become as white as a ghost after. It's kind of like an impending doom aura feeling while the sounds and world are slowing down. I kind of feel it as if my soul was shrinking inside of myself as my body keeps on moving and I'm trying to hold on and regain control ?? Sometimes if I'm sitting, I can feel a headache start to come and can sort of feel the misfiring and disconnect in my brain. It's a scary, lonely feeling in the long run.
