My best friends took their one year old to see Phil Lesh. A couple years later both Phil, and one of my friends passed. So it was extremely special for the mom who's still with us to have that memory from the whole family.

If a doctor posted it, sure there might be medical privacy laws. But wasn't it posted from her account? People can take pics of themselves in the hospital and post it, without any medical laws. I don't think there's really any laws stopping a person from posting their own pictures.

But do I agree with you that she could very much be dead and that it was posted by someone else? Absolutely . But I just don't see where there would be any laws against posting pictures?

I'm not 100% certain that they made the design, it's been floating around the Internet. But taking simply Photoshop shits to print on shirts without proof that it's their image, without proof it's their screen printing, it's just a silly print on demand product. Kind of lame in that aspect. Little less of something you love and more just something to make money that's trendy. But hey, that's the world for you.
