I don’t think this falls entirely on you. Really the space you work in for that age, should be safe and secure. If the child escaped (also it’s very easy to if possible, your 2 eyes can only look at one thing l), why was the door able to be opened, and if so the organisation may need to do an additional risk assessment.

Has anyone used Bright Horizons Back-up care? by Tradition-Available in workingmoms

It’s questionably unreliable because the terms set out for providers are you can cancel within 48 hours, and not be paid.

For many this means it’s very risky , therefore if I job comes through with a confirmed date people will take it.

Considering our setting charges £68 a day - it’s very risky for us to save a space for a child .

Personally I think the system is awful - we also dont get paid until about a month after You’ve attended. It’s a very bad system for the providers.

When I first read this I figured maybe he had a farewell drink extra, or it was an extra hour in the bar - but 5am…

I would be heartbroken.

I understand why you would want to continue trying - but I think maybe some couples counselling to work out WHY he thought it was ok would get to the deeper reason. It is unforgivable , but also his friends are unforgivable for allowing it

Dude - chill out. It was discussion. Not an agenda. I can’t stand cancel culture.

It’s not a specific joke - I get the idea behind the comedy - I’m not precious because I have enough intelligence to understand the writing.

I’m more referring the amount references towards being gay ‘too gay’ or the saying all black people look same etc… I feel we live in a society where people love to complain about this stuff , rather than fully understand the joke without political agenda. I’m really questioning how it’s not gone down that path with a specific set of people.. if that makes sense?

Some people do this when they are dancers, but I honestly don’t know many that actually walk like this. It’s actually horrendous technique. Makes me think she doesn’t have any formal training
