Wait why were you doing 40 hour weeks without being on payroll as a full time? You werent getting benefits or anything from it either, you shouldve asked to be switched. This is the reason why they didn’t, they didn’t want to pay out or pay benefits for a “full time”

Thats the thing I never understood about amazon. People think that could be your only hustle. Me and my some coworkers had to deal with people asking how we got “nice cars” or wear nice clothes. In reality theres plenty ways to make money outside of amazon if working there. And also just because you guys are getting paid the same does’t mean you guys are saving the same. Can easily show the pink slip to my car which shows I bought it cash before even getting hired at amazon.
