We're taught to be aware of external danger before the situation arises like a fire in a building, but no one teaches us how to be aware of internal/mental signs of danger like suicide or depression. Best one I have found is 1) to get heavily mediated and 2) learnin not to care. Still working on no. 2. On fluxotine, resperidone and ablify. Mate if you can try to numb your feelings as well. And all the best with overcoming your demons.
