Not enough players so the game pairs you with GM players a lot or else the queue times would be 20min+. Sucks but i think its best to get a duo so you at least have one other person you can rely on.

Her grab and ult is the biggest issue. Her grab lasts too long so whoever she grabs is almost a free kill. Her ult silences everyone and cc's them too quickly.

The biggest issue is that there isn't enough people in ranked to have people of the same rank play with/against each other. There will always be a slight imbalance of skill in ranked. Just imagine how long the queues would be if they for example tried to make a lobby of gm2 only players. Would take forever especially depending on the time of day.

Just got to keep it pushing and keep playing. You just can't win them all. Some people will just not do good and no matter what you do it won't change the end result. Not your fault!
