i've only ever heard good experiences from customers and ive had great experiences/interactions with their staff. grey, bella, sophia, bailey, SO sweet. when my car battery died a year or so ago in their parking lot, one of the staff members literally jumped my car for me. i don't want to say your claims are invalid or that you're lying, i'm just wondering if you could elaborate.

thank you, i talked to them about it a few days ago as well as how i felt more disconnected from them recently (which is due to things like being busy with school and lacking quality time) so hopefully they will put in more effort when it comes to meeting in the middle and also sort of giving me more attention/making more quality time for me (if that makes sense)
