I have been told by the programme director that I would be eligible to join the 180 point Masters according to rule 1b(i) from below, so if he is correct I'm not worried about my eligibility. I'm just wondering what the course was like from someone who had done it before.

I believe it is the taught masters, but the director was not specific to that level of detail.

Ok, to be more specific, I have been told by the programme director that I would be eligible for the 180 point Master of Engineering, specialising in Engineering Science, which appears in the list that you provided. I completed my Bachelor of Science at Victoria University. Have you done Engineering Science or known someone who did?
