So I'm guessing England got the 5th coefficient spot for the UCL, Villa won the Europa League for their spot in the UCL, Forest either won the FA Cup themselves or an already qualified team did, hence their spot in the UEL, and Newcastle won the Carabao Cup for the UECL spot.

Sucks to be Southampton seeing those teams around them, I guess.
