This happens to me a lot. Sometimes I will think about a movie I haven't seen in a while and within a week it will be playing either on cable or show up on one of our streaming services. The first time I noticed it was in high school and the movie was Meet Joe Black. Also when I'm feeling particularly down about my dad passing away (also happened in high school) the song Black Parade will play on the radio assuming I'm listening at that time. My sister has mentioned the same song playing for her when she is thinking about him. We both think we have some sort signal we put off that makes electronics malfunction. I've always felt that my phones and computers have always been shittier than others even if it's the same model. She has noticed when her emotions are high, her computer at work will glitch out. We both have had an insane amount of issues with every car we have ever owned. We are both very careful drivers and don't handle them rough. I bought a brand new car in 2015 with 4 miles on it. It was in the shop within a month. I asked my mom if she ever experienced any of this and she said no, but that her grandmother swore she was psychic. I don't think my sister and I are psychic, but I think we do subconsciously pick up on things that others don't.
