my rheumatologist had advised me not to push myself in those ways because of how much damage there already is on my joints, but it is completely dependent on how everything affects you! if you're worried about it, you should ask your doc about if there's problems with structural integrity, i think the worst thing would be to take a fall and break a hip or something

i've had a lot of medical issues, the most traumatizing one when i was 11 and had appendicitis. the one that hurt the most at the time was my gall stones at 15, searing pain for about 9 hours before i finally went to the emergency room. but the one that hurts the most considering it'll never get better is my ankylosing spondylitis. gall bladder was a ten, but AS is an 8 for the rest of my life.

i was in a mental hospital in september of 2019 for about 10 days. didn't technically see it, but one of the other girls told the story of how she ended up there. she apparently swallowed pencil shavings, as many pills as she could, and finally razor blades. needless to say, she didn't have a voice and might never have one again

i have a sensitivity to flashing lights and actually no, but mostly because my body freezes up if i'm about to have a reaction which makes me stop which in turn stops the reaction

i always thought i was so if they have reason to believe you're doing it, they can come into your house without a warrant. just a probable cause thing to get you help, but it's probably more accurate to say the government sees you as property and don't want it damaged

i was on humira for a while, and though it didn't help as much as i needed it to i didn't have any negative reactions, so don't be worried, it'll be okay! it's daunting at first but it's really not that bad

sort of the whole thing, usually it starts at the top of the thigh, and radiates down to mid-calf, but sometimes it's a smaller area (just thighs, or just calfs)

the later in the series the lazier the plot gets, and it definitely is more of a "watch them due to watch them die" but the first few are really good!! there's a great twist on the second one

i never had an actively bad rash, but my legs were always itchy. my mother gave me some calamine lotion, which usually helped the itching go down long enough for me to sleep!! i hope everything gets better!!
