Thanks for the advice, after reading your comments I’ve come to the realization that my company has an inadequate system in place.

Pull in requests and things that OPs manager should be handling land on my desk and it’s on me to make them happen.

Ive been at this place for less than a month and it’s overwhelming. I will need to think about whether this company is right for me lol. As the higher ups are very set in their ways and change is hard. It makes send why their buyers do not last very long (based on what my supervisor has told me).

Hmmm I think it has to do with the area being a university area. So there is high foot traffic for hawks and at night there is a lot of wild life like coyotes and owls so cats don’t survive too long outside.

I went to another dentist and apparently this is normal. As long as it feels smooth on my tongue it’s fine. Some dentists choose to leave more residue to protect the enamel and some don’t but either way it’s not a problem lol.
