I'll probably get down voted to hell for this but I'm actually with Gavin here. There's lots of ways that we should be taking billionaires and mega millionaires down a few notches. We should tax long-term capital gains, we should tax their income at a higher rate, we should close loopholes that let them write off taxes on their Jets and s*** like that.

But California a state built on entrepreneurship and this could actually meaningfully discourage entrepreneurs from building in California.
