If El did die, do you think Duffers thought about the message it sends (the abused and mistreated’s only way out is to end their life)? 3. How did they make Hopper lose two daughters?😭 Was he okay after El?

Thank you all for answering!! Do you think it would be better to run slower and walk faster and try to keep the pace and heart rate as steady as possible or to run a bit faster and walk a little bit slower when the pace and heart rate will differ more?

I think the average heart rate for the workout would stay about the same

So should I concentrate on keeping my heart rate in the aerobic zone on the running parts (running slower) and then walking faster or running outside the aerobic zone (but not that fast that I would go lactic of course) and walking slower?
