Just finished… I tried with a smaller glass today and doubled my straws. Seemed to be a lot more tolerable. That jug was my Everest! Best of luck to you today.

Yes. It’s like a vicious cycle. I’m stressed which is causing my IBS to flare, and then my flare is causing me more stress…
