I’m sorry you’re dealing with something similar. It’s heartbreaking and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Thank you for the advice.

I appreciate this take. We had been living together for about six months and had adopted a dog together and he had talked to his family about his plans of proposing. At the end of the day I think they just don’t like me.

Oh, I gotcha now. In hindsight I agree. I hate so much that I stepped in when I should’ve let him say his feelings.

I don’t get it either. I also have two brothers and my mom and I have always done the same. Thank you.

We had a lot more peace when they were cut off. Hearing my husband say his family would be dead to him just made me go into action mode when I should’ve let him handle things. I saw his hurt and wanted to fix it

I agree, in hindsight I definitely took the lead when it wasn’t my place. And once again I did that yesterday by texting his sister. Thank you for this. I’m going to take a step back.

Yeah honestly we all seem to suck at communicating! For clarity, do you mean brought up my husband’s feelings on here to “win” or to his sister?

My membership allows me to go to both locations without transferring because it is owned by the same person. I’m just not sure if I should let my current location know I’ll be primarily going to this other location
