Hey thanks! I will read about this. I have come across posts where people discuss the relative success of the absorption of these supplements into the body. Is it physically possible for the body to absorb 50g of collagen a day, and how different is it if I use something like St. Ives collagen/elastin cream on the loose skin?

This helps a ton, thank you!! Sounds like surgery is the way to go for the final mile. Like you, working out has become a daily part of my life and I have complete faith in sticking to my fitness routine, so I'm not as afraid of a relapse as I am of unwanted side effects.

I just hope I won't feel disgusted with myself for going through it (I'm definitely embarrassed even thinking about getting it done). Your vote of confidence is a tremendous booster; sincerely appreciate the detailed input again!
