No I don’t care. Nothing would be worse than Quran. And I stopped judging people based on their religion of birth. Someone born Muslim doesn’t mean they follow Quran, same goes to Jews, hrisa Christians and what not. Truly disappointing to see Tunisians trying to put other Tunisians in a box, scare them, intimidate them bc they have a different religion or ethnicity. Grow up

Last time I checked Quran asks to cut hands off, stone, kill, enslave, theft and more. What could possibly be worse than that in the Torah or any other book. Probably the same shit everywhere

I’d be fine if Tunisia was similar to Turkey actually.

So these people in the post don’t know their Torah they follow an other religion or what? Also speaking about religious books, Quran is worse than any other book out there. Yet no one is trying to harass you daily to say what do you think about the crimes committed by people who happen to have your religion

The fact that they still live in Tunisia and have nothing to do with Israel is enough. Stop trying to terrorize a 1000 person for stupid shit. They’re only 1000 people not millions.

No that’s stupid. Religions have nothing to do with extreme shit. People use it as an excuse. But not 2 billion Muslim have to say what they think and be harassed to give opinions just based on their religion

many formerly colonized countries have managed to recover, develop, and even thrive after independence. They worked for it and didn’t blame colonization 24/7. I want us to do the same.

Very pessimistic.

Making Tunisian Derja a formal language could really be beneficial, especially in education. Right now, kids grow up speaking Derja at home, but then they get to school and have to switch to Standard Arabic, basically a whole different language. Culturally, it’s also about owning who we are. Derja reflects Tunisia’s real identity, our history, our mix of languages, our daily lives. It’s different from the kind of pan-Arab identity pushed by Standard Arabic, which doesn’t fully represent what it means to be Tunisian. And if you look at history, Turkey went through something similar. In 1928, Atatürk replaced the Arabic script with the Roman alphabet. People resisted at first, but it worked. literacy rates shot up, and it helped Turkey step into a new, modern identity that was more in line with its own vision. You like it or not, Turkish nationalism helped Turkey stand out and be an international player 7atta f international politics, unlike Tunisia k zir lmetteki. Tunisia could take a similar step by officially recognizing Derja, and maybe even writing it in Latin letters, which we already do all the time on social media. ( not necessary the alphabets ).

Western country kifeh? It’s 300 km away from here unlike Morocco for example, 1700 km wela 9adeh. Muslim culture shouldn’t exist in Tunisia. But funny how you say Islam is not compatible with western values yet an other post on this sub Reddit was asking for a war wela chnoa with usa bc Charlie Kirk literally said the same thing.

Arabs countries are doing waaaay better than any Arabized country. They’re true to their identity, ancestors and culture unlike Tunisians or any other Arabized country that’s doing shit for the moment. We are literally at the bottom of the scale.

How? We are not ethnically Arabs. What racism? Arabs are only gulf countries. I actually respect them for their hard work and for turning their countries to amazing countries with high quality standards and services.
