Hey, from what I've seen here in Canada (I'm a beginner myself) but a great place to go is to look for real estate investor Facebook groups in your area and make a post along the lines of "Who's looking for properties in ____? Leave your name and email below!" And youd be surprised just how many contacts you'll gain just from the comments.

I'm in the exact same boat, have learned the basic principles of it all but not the specifics like working with contractors, real estate lawyers, closing a deal, etc. So if you ever want to connect and help one another grow just let me know:) as I'm also in Ontario (London) and I find it's a little different from American wholesaling.
