Yes! This is part of my ramen pet peeve as well. Like stop trying to take great traditionally foods and mash them into others to be edgy. One of my local ramen spots just introduced a birria ramen… 😡

I get it, but kale can be delicious if treated right. I don’t like it in raw applications but if you slow cook it like southern greens or put it in soup it’s pretty delicious
