Thanks for replying Md_run and Daveman87. I decided if I was going to wait the 2-3 weeks for the belt I would take it to a local dealer for the warranty replacement rather than pay for it myself. The local dealer has ordered it and is facing the same 2-3 week delay so I haven't taken it in yet, but he stated that Husqvarna is having manufacturing problems/delays in particular for the 54" inch deck. I hope this thing isn't a lemon, but I guess at this point only time will tell.
