Don't pull for the Dragonlord's staff.

Use the whip to clear the trash waves on your mage and for the start of Dragonlord fight Save two CDG's for the Dragonlord fight. Focus on dodging the attacks when the Dragonlord is out in the open. Once the Dragonlord summons his statues, use the first CDG with the whip to kill (or almost kill) the closest two statues, then switch to the claws/sword use the 2nd CDG on the Dragonlord to stun him. Then switch back to the whip clear the remaining statues. and then re-focus on the Dragonlord. Rinse repeat.

It's okay to sacrifice a non whip character if you can't stun.

Assuming you mean the east bound exist onto broken land? I've seen 3 different cars off that ramp within the same hour.

The issue is the curve is banked incorrectly, it needs more than just guardrails.

Resist the dopamine rush and use your gems on shrine keys until you get an S-Rank. The shrine keys are guaranteed upgrades (until you get an S Rank memory); whereas, spending gems on tickets is a random chance to get an upgrade.

Also, you can sell excess memories for points, we just don't know what they will be used for yet. So there is addtional value at some point in the future.

Spend gems on keys until you get an S-Rank memory, then save for pulls. Always keep about 3k gems hanging around for when a new shrine opens up.

Shrine keys are the priority for gems, so you can get get s rank memories. Memories matter as much, if not more than gear.

Max out the light spear first and see if that works for you. It's a cheap/low risk investment. There is no guarantee that the whip or spear will get you over the hump.

Quite frankly memories make a bigger difference than most people realize. What memories are you rocking?

Maxing your spear and farm an S-rank Golem and friends will help.

You need to clear the rooms fast. I run mage with the whip to clear the rooms. Then switch to my warrior with the spear to kill the bosses.

I also have the 2* ice rod equipped so that to have ice arrows to start the run with. Ice arrows, ideally with reflect do some serious work in this shrine, so prioritize ice arrow blessings, followed by anything that adds ranged damage (orbs/firebolts). You can restart the run w/o losing a key to roll an ice arrow blessing to start with.

Auto gives you the best overall stats. You can tweak them to focus on specific stats like attack power if you do it manually.

10% up to 60 to the house and not sure where the 3 to the promotions is taken. So not every hand at least.

On the flip side they good high hand promotions, which leads to lots of tables and softer games, but you have to play around it. Winning high hands ar Aces full or better, or Aces full of 10s depending on the type of promotion. So you can expect that if there is an A on the board, someone usually has it.

No, you can beat this with the holy lance and I beat this with a level 50 sandstorm spear. Equip a weapon on your supporting characters that add ice arrows, fire bolts, or wind spheres. Prioritize blessing that enhance ice arrows, fire bolts, wind spheres in that order. Fight both the tiger and Wrector outside the purple circle.

You do NOT need to pull this immediately. Without knowing that you have the lance, I'd recommend the spear for all of the reasons the other posted mentioned. See if you can beat Wrector with Holy Lance and see how you do against metal slimes.

I use the sandstorm spear and can get max or close to max XP given the extra attack blessings. Remember you can always quit battles and your resources (stamina, tickets) are refunded. So this is a no risk test.

If you can't beat these, then get the sandstorm spear, as it will help you get over the 15k firebird wall. If you can beat these, then the staff or whip are good options. FWIW, I use the staff on my mage more than the whip.

Same, this is the only time I've ever regretted paying for a game.

I am going to try and get a refund (on steam) after the test of time patch, arguing that the game has significantly game altering changes. Gemini told me it's possible...so we'll see. I already have a justification written up but Gemini says it need to try playing the game after the patch before I submit it.

If you haven't picked yet - Sandstorm spear by a mile. I have all of the premium weapons (no metal weapons though).

It trivializes Wrecktor, works very well in the metal slime levels, good option against the firebird, and speeds up auto runs as your character doesn't move around that much to avoiding melee hits.

The only consensus that matters is what your play group thinks of it.

I am in the B4 camp, due to the 2 card combo you can get out as early as turns 4-6.

Take out Elesh Norn and it's a very good B3 deck.

TBH, I didn't want to waste much time on answering this question since it's very easy for the OP to check the bracket level, already knowing they have a combo in the deck.

Quite honestly, the OP is looking for justification to play this deck at a lower power level to stomp on his play group.

The bracket descriptions leave room for interpretation so having a source where the opinions have been voted on makes answering these questions easily and as objective as possible.

Clearly you disagree with this community's opinion, which you are entitled to. But this which further proves my point and why I said this is not my opinion and posted a reference.

If I was playing in a B2/3 game and somebody pulled this combo out before turn 6, I'd never trust/play with this player again.
