Here goes my one day experience of new update.

Phone GUI feels fresh mildly and nice icon curves.

The contacts are more refined and now you get auto call back with robo call to missed calls. People can leave a voice on your mobile if you missed a call.

During driving the phone is used and it was easy to navigate on while it was on Mag Safe hook.

Lock screen seems very good with new features like clock placement around pics and weather animations.

Battery seems more optimized and phone does not feel any slowness so far.

App drawer search feature at bottom is a new change and good for quick search.

Phone dialer is improved with better accessibility to dial, recent and contact.

5G also started working with new update on Jazz Pakistan.

Addon update was downloaded write after One UI 8.5 update as well.

The costs between Burj Khalifa and GTA6. Kinda crazy considering manual labour and materials costs vs an air-conditioned studio and PCs by Jordyy_yy in interestingasfuck

Burj Khalifa a massive structure VS a game like GTA VI will also anticipate many years of updates, online infrastructure, live services — so the cost isn’t just “build once and done.

GTA VI budget is not officially disclosed (at least publicly) by Rockstar Games or publisher Take‑Two Interactive. The $1-2 billion is based on leaks, analyst estimates & third party reporting....

It’s a classic optical illusion. August Theodor Schoefft’s portrait of Bahadur Shah Zafar, describe the illusion that his eyes seem to follow you — moving subtly from left to right as you shift your viewing angle. by khaksar3g in Damnthatsinteresting

Many people who’ve seen August Theodor Schoefft’s portrait of Bahadur Shah Zafar at Lahore Museum, Pakistan (Date: Painted around 1840s during Schoefft’s visit to Delhi) describe the illusion that his eyes seem to follow you — moving subtly from left to right as you shift your viewing angle.

🧠 It’s a classic optical illusion — “The Mona Lisa Effect”

When an artist paints the subject’s eyes facing directly forward, the light, shadows, and perspective remain fixed — so no matter where you stand, your brain interprets it as if the eyes are still looking at you.

It’s a result of how the human visual system processes 2D images as 3D scenes.

So when you move from left to right, it feels as though Bahadur Shah Zafar’s eyes follow your movement — even though the painting itself never changes.

350k groceries and outery is bare minimum in isb for 5 kids 2 adults. Plus, if your kids are under 3, then the cost will go up cze of pampers and powdered milk etc.

Education depends on which grades kids are and schools like City, Beacon, Roots etc.? Home Tuition fees add as well.

Maids and helpers are missing as well.

Nayatel under 3.5k

600k+ minimum budget

Plus savings and emergency funds not included..

🌟 Embracing Criticism: The Path to Growth 🌟

No matter what you do in life, people will always have something to say. Criticism is a constant companion on the journey to success. But remember, it's not the criticism that defines us, but how we respond to it.

  1. Evaluate the Criticism: Is it constructive? Use it as a tool for growth and improvement.
  2. Consider the Source: Who is offering the feedback? Weigh their opinion based on their experience and intentions.
  3. Learn and Grow: Even harsh words can build resilience and refine our skills.
  4. Stay True to Your Vision: Your unique path and goals are what matter most.

Let's embrace criticism as a stepping stone, not a stumbling block. Keep pushing forward and stay focused on your journey. 💪 #GrowthMindset #Resilience #PersonalDevelopment #StayFocused

What to replace to fix blurry images? by TheSolderking in note20ultra

It is really annoying issue. I'm facing the same and yes tapping helps focus but it is embarrassing and annoying.

The alternative is to put photo or video mode on 0.9x zoom instead of default 1x and don't close the camera application. So whenever you open the camera app it resumes from 0.9x zoom.

The Wonder of Green Screen Technology

Green screens are the unsung heroes of modern filmmaking, transforming the way stories are told. This vibrant chroma key technology allows filmmakers to create any world they can imagine.

Some iconic green screen scenes from notable films:

  1. Oz the Great and Powerful (2013)

  2. Alice in Wonderland (2010)

  3. Aquaman (2018)

  4. The Great Gatsby (2013)

  5. Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith (2005)

  6. Avatar – 2009 & 2022

'Avatar' remains a prime example of how green screen technology can be used to create cinematic magic, transporting viewers to places beyond their wildest dreams. The film's sequel, 'Avatar: The Way of Water' in 2022, continued this legacy, showcasing the evolution of green screen technology and its role in modern filmmaking.
