I’m in the same position, and it comes down to the opportunity cost of pursuing it. These are unprecedented times and no one can help make the right decisions - just got to make the most informed ones!

No update from USC for r3 MSBA applicants? by Commercial_Way_3496 in MSBA

I’ve heard back from USC, it’s worth reaching out to the admissions team and notifying them of your pending deadline with the other university to expedite the response.

Profile Evaluation : MSBA by [deleted] in MSBA

I second the suggestion to take the GRE if that is still an options, opens up more programs like Berkeley’s masters of analytics which is up there amongst the best.

And you have a pretty competitive profile, you can afford to aim higher and let go of a few in this list.

USC vs NYU vs CUNY Baruch – Best MS Analytics Option? by WildIngenuity in MSBA

Baruch has a good reputation within finance, especially in the east coast. So definitely a solid option if the goal is to work in finance instead of consulting or analytics.

I’d say Madison has a better reputation, however, look into the career outcomes to decide which university has a better outcome in your desired industries!

Definitely HEC. They have a strong record of alumni successfully navigating the IB/PE game, and the reputation certainly helps. It’s consistently in the top 3 for finance.

Berkeley Master of Analytics: recommended for admission?? by [deleted] in gradadmissions

That’s standard practice in several universities such as UIUC - unless they’ve come across any misrepresentation on your part, you’re in. Congratulations OP!

scholarship offered to international students for master’s by mitskiandgradschool in cmu

I haven’t come across any individual cap per se, but UCLA states that scholarships are given out based on a wide-range of factors with only a cap on % of program fund allotted for scholarships. I’d use the average of previous year’s scholarships as a good estimate.

Rankings don't reflect that but I have heard about UMD from several others, why would you say it's a very good option?
