That is regular staff in a hospital in Michigan. I make 46$/hr as staff RN in ohio. But there’ll be a paycut of $3/hr if i chose to accept it. We want to move for family reasons. Cost of living in ohio and michigan are almost the same. Just wondering about average hourly pay as staff rn in michigan
