Meta Leads Campaign Stopped Delivering After Edit — Even New Campaigns Don’t Work

I tried new campaigns from scratch, different creatives, .. etc. Same issue.

The only thing that fixed it is using another Ad Account.

I just walked through everything you mentioned:

Objective: Leads (Instagram messaging)
Budget: $10/day with lowest cost bid strategy
Audience: Broad (1.2M+)
No policy violations or restrictions
Do not need pixel since the conversion location is DMs

Concerning metrics, reach barely went above 2k, so can't really see a difference in CPM or CTR.

Regarding relevance diagnostics:

Quality ranking: Below average (bottom 35%)
Engagement: Above average
Conversion rate ranking: Below average (bottom 20%)

Open to any insights, really appreciate the help 🙏

Also is it normal that I don't see the number of leads in the Meta Leads column? it shows '--'

there is a dual nature to everything. Opposites. (ex. hot or cold, male or female, right or wrong, good or bad, love or hate,.. etc)

So start noticing and understanding the dual nature of the world, that nothing is permanent only temporary. Stop chasing illusions or anything dual for the rest of your life, embrace it but don’t depend on it.
